Getting started
Create an event
Set the name, date, and venue, then add ticket types and publish the shop.
- Open the dashboard
Choose New event. You can come back and edit every field before anyone buys a ticket. - Enter the name, time, and venue
Buyers see this on the shop and on the ticket. Use the name people will search for. - Add a ticket type for each price
Include a free type if you need one. Set a price and a quantity for paid types. - Publish and share the link
The shop stays hidden until you publish. Unpublish any time. Existing tickets stay valid.
Name, date, and venue
Open the dashboard and choose New event. The name is what buyers see on the shop and on the ticket.
Add the start time and the venue before you create ticket types, so the shop has a place and a time to show.
Ticket types
Add one type for each price. A free event can use a single free type. Paid types need a price and a quantity.
You can change both until a buyer has purchased that type.
Publish the shop
Publishing makes the shop link live. Unpublish hides it again.
Buyers who already have a ticket still see it in the app.
