Check in

The LiveTicket scanning app for Android and iOS shows whether a guest has a valid ticket. Open it on the device you registered for this event. The camera reads the code on the ticket or in the buyer’s app.

A green result means this ticket has not been used yet. A repeat scan shows that it was already checked in, and when. See Ticket already scanned. To let a guest leave and come back, see Let a guest leave and return.

If the network drops, keep scanning. The app stores the results and syncs when the connection returns.
