Queue order

Under Queue Setup, you choose how buyers get a place in the queue.

Random order

This is the recommended option.

Before ticket sales start, everyone already in the queue gets a random place. Anyone who joins after sales start is placed in the order they arrive, behind the people who were waiting before the sale opened.

Arrival order

People join in the order they open the ticket sales page.

In a physical line that is the fair order. Online, organised buyers and bots can open the page at the exact moment the queue starts and take the front of the line.
